Art full text (articles)

If you're looking for full-text online articles about art and design, a good place to start is the Art Full Text database on the CCA Libraries' article page.

The search options for Art Full Text look pretty complicated, but if you take the time to look around, you can do very powerful searches pretty easily. Here are a couple ideas to get you started:

1. Limit your search by document type. If you know you're looking for interviews with a particular artist, use the document type dropdown menu to limit your results to interviews only.
   
   
   
2. Limit your search to peer-reviewed (i.e., scholarly) sources.
   
   
3. Narrow your search results using subject links. If you find too many articles with a keyword search for Gustav Klimt, try the subject link for "Klimt, Gustav, 1862-1918" to get fewer (and better) results.
